Originating in Jamaica, jerk cooking involves marinating meat in a hot seasoning that typically includes scotch bonnet peppers, allspice, cinnamon, thyme, and nutmeg amongst other variations. The meat is then slow-cooked or grilled to allow for maximum flavor absorption and tenderization.

All the kitchen’s dishes are accompanied by Pico de Gallo - a type of salsa made with chopped tomato, onion, peppers, lime juice, and cilantro. For beverages, you can choose from bottled water, red bull, and a selection of other soft drinks.
